In the event of a national, regional or global incident or disaster, CWT provides immediate traveler tracking through an interactive graphical map available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Advanced traveler tracking, available through our third-party security partner, uses an integrated itinerary database populated by CWT booking data.
CWT personnel carefully survey world events and ensure clients are rapidly notified of travel risks through alert messages sent by telephone, email and/or SMS. When crises occur, CWT’s thorough crisis communications process includes effective communication as well as response and recovery procedures, to ensure clients are informed and travelers well protected.
CWT also offers optional enhanced safety and security services through a preferred reseller agreement with an industry-leading enterprise risk-management firm.
